These terms govern your use of jawpeak.com and your purchase of a JawPeak subscription. By purchasing, you agree to them. Plain-language summaries are included, but the full text controls.
1. What you're buying
A JawPeak subscription gives you access to the JawPeak iOS app: the 12-week training program, daily guided sessions, face-scan scoring features, and progress tracking. After checkout you receive an App Store link, a 6-digit access code, and an email login link. The app requires a compatible iPhone (iOS 17 or later).
2. Subscription, renewal, and price
- Your plan starts at the introductory price shown at checkout for the first billing period.
- It then renews automatically at the standard price shown under your selected plan (e.g., "renews at $53.97 every 3 months") until you cancel. The renewal price and interval are always displayed next to the purchase button before you pay.
- We email you a reminder before every renewal charge.
- Prices are in USD; local taxes may be added at checkout where required.
3. Cancellation — one click, no hoops
- Cancel anytime online via the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt or any renewal email (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
- No cancellation fees, no phone calls, no retention mazes. Emailing [email protected] with "cancel" also works.
4. Trial offers
If you purchase the $1 / 7-day trial: you pay $1.00 today for 7 days of full access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues at $17.99/month until cancelled. We email you a reminder before the trial converts.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee & refunds
If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights in your country (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal right, subject to your express consent to immediate digital delivery) are unaffected and apply in addition to this guarantee.
6. Health & safety disclaimer
JawPeak provides fitness and wellness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not change bone structure or treat any condition. Consult a physician or dental professional before beginning any exercise program — especially if you have a TMJ disorder, jaw pain or clicking, a jaw injury, or dental/orthodontic conditions. Stop immediately and seek professional advice if you experience pain. You use the program at your own risk and confirm you are 18 or older.
7. Results vary
Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences. We make no guarantee of specific results; outcomes depend on consistency, genetics, and individual factors.
8. Your account and access code
Your access code and login link are personal to you. Don't share or resell them. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or chargeback misuse (we'll always contact you first where reasonable).
9. Intellectual property
All content — programs, text, graphics, video, and software — is owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it while subscribed. No copying, redistribution, or commercial use.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights that mandatorily apply in your country).
11. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect; if you disagree, you may cancel before they apply.
12. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of [JURISDICTION] or, where you are a consumer, your local courts as required by law.
